This is truly the most ridiculous item of the day: former Macromedia employees (now Adobe employees) are all getting brand new email addresses that consist of 8 characters of their name. For example, if you name is Bob Smithers, your email address is now bobsmith@adobe.com or bsmither@adobe.com. If your email address is Buster Klump, your new email address is busterkl@adobe.com or busklump@adobe.com. Even funnier, if your 8 letter email name is already taken, they give you an x, so Bob Smith is bobsmith@adobe.com but the second Bob Smith is xsmith@adobe.com!!! Somebody please bring this company out of the 1970s. Do they still use punch card readers to read their email over there?
