Stephanie posted at CMXtraneous about the lawsuit that Dell Computers has against Paul Dell. I hate stories like this because the big guys always think they can push the little guys around. In this case, Paul has had his web business for years under www.dellwebsites.com and the big Dell thinks they own all rights to the name. They usually win because they have deep pockets, but Paul Dell is fighting back. He needs support to help with lawyer's fees. Some friends have set up a blog where you can read about the story progress. Paul Dell's blog. I'm glad there is no computer company named Muck.

Update: I'm sure that letters and emails to Dell won't hurt, either.
